NUTRITION PLAN £50
One to one individual session, hour long, first session includes your individual nutritional needs: weight, BMI, energy requirements including calories, carbohydrates and protein requirements. This plan works best once a month as it will give individuals enough time to put in place the changes and to start seeing results that will help achieve their aims and goals.
FULL NUTRITION PLAN £300
6 one to one hour long sessions, including full dietary plan including: food prices, recipes and meal timings.
This also includes BMI, energy requirements including calories, protein and carbohydrates.
ROUTINE UPDATE £5
